About the role
- Lead global Real Estate & Facilities procurement strategy, owning end-to-end category development.
- Drive measurable cost optimization and value creation across OPEX and CAPEX.
- Serve as the primary procurement interface to a managed service provider.
- Partner closely with Real Estate, Facilities, Legal, Finance, and executive leadership.
- Lead complex sourcing initiatives including RFPs, competitive bidding, and supplier risk management.
- Build and lead a global team fostering a performance-oriented procurement culture.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Real Estate and Facilities procurement within large, multinational or Fortune 500 environments.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including lease structures, long-term financial modeling, CAPEX/OPEX controls.
- Proven experience working with managed service providers (e.g., CBRE, JLL or similar).
- Demonstrated success leading global category strategies impacting corporate real estate costs.
- Executive presence with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
- Professional certification in procurement or supply chain is beneficial.
- English fluency required.
