About the role
- Be a fierce owner of market performance, from the P&L to key operational metrics
- Manage performance of market’s Field and Warehouse teams
- Collaborate with Clutter stakeholders to bring new opportunities to life
- Make final decisions on high-priority customer escalations
- Lead a community of cross functional strategic leaders to produce a significant impact to the business
- Maintain regular communications with key team members across the org
- Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives
- Advocate for product support to successfully execute key initiatives
- Collaborate with key team members (legal, tax, policy, support, etc)
- Track core business metrics and deploy streamlined reporting structure
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in general management, operations, marketing, business consulting, finance or similar analytical role
- Ability to effectively manage a large and growing field and warehouse team cross-functionally
- Strong strategic thinker with a focus on optimal execution
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent communication with the ability to engage internal stakeholders and external customers
- Extensive experience navigating large and complex organizations
- Ability to leverage data to inform and support critical decisions
- Ability to bring key stakeholders across functions together to drive strategic alignment
- A desire to learn, highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow
- Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork
- Effective prioritization
- Prior P&L experience preferred
- Prior experience working in early stage, high growth businesses.
