About the role
- Coordinate and prepare high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and customer proposals, managing timelines and approvals to ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule
- Support the sales team with the creation of sales materials, presentations, and commercial documentation
- Conduct desktop research to support sales opportunities, understand market trends, and compile insights to inform bid strategies and commercial decision-making
- Ensure all sales and bid activities adhere to internal governance processes and compliance requirements
- Track and report on key sales performance metrics to support forecasting and strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Commercial experience in sales and bid coordination or a project coordination role
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, LinkedIn, and other sales and marketing software
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with great attention to detail
- Marketing or business related degree or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to convey ideas clearly and professionally
