About the role

  • Overseeing document logistics, preparation, scan conversion, and post-scan processes
  • Ensuring optimal facility performance and adherence to operational processes
  • Promoting and maintaining operational excellence and personnel management
  • Keeping relevant colleagues updated on operational or supply chain issues
  • Monitoring and updating service delivery plans and work-in-progress streams
  • Communicating specific SOP workflows to all employees
  • Maintaining compliance with TQA processes and procedures
  • Monitoring financial results to ensure a commercially viable operation

Requirements

  • Previous experience within document scanning & logistics, data processing or similar environment
  • Proven Operational Leadership in document logistics or similar environment
