About the role
- Overseeing document logistics, preparation, scan conversion, and post-scan processes
- Ensuring optimal facility performance and adherence to operational processes
- Promoting and maintaining operational excellence and personnel management
- Keeping relevant colleagues updated on operational or supply chain issues
- Monitoring and updating service delivery plans and work-in-progress streams
- Communicating specific SOP workflows to all employees
- Maintaining compliance with TQA processes and procedures
- Monitoring financial results to ensure a commercially viable operation
Requirements
- Previous experience within document scanning & logistics, data processing or similar environment
- Proven Operational Leadership in document logistics or similar environment
- Strong People Management Skills
