About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage stakeholders regarding delivery and manage client expectations on delivery timelines and progress
Receive and manage market requests (tickets)
Manage the production team (Content Authors, QAs), including assigning tasks and coordinating activities
Guide and provide technical support to the production team
Lead daily stand-up meetings
Manage workflow, triage tickets, and liaise with enabling teams
Manage and mitigate dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers across teams
Provide weekly status reports and attend weekly status calls
Track project progress and report status to stakeholders
Analyse L2 scope and review Content Matrix and Market Input, supporting the market with queries
Manage sprints and create backlogs
Communicate with stakeholders regarding progress, blockers, and issues
Track projects and manage dashboards
Own project and team activities within the Supplier’s scope
