About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with sales, commercial teams, and large health systems to design and execute customer experience solutions
  • Manage an average of 6 opportunities concurrently
  • Support customer clinical, operational, and financial goals by designing customer journeys that drive adoption of the Zio Service
  • Align customer experience with brand priorities to make it streamlined, personalized, and optimized
  • Create and lead end-to-end customer experience strategy and differentiated solutions using insights, analytics, and best practices
  • Create operational efficiencies and standardize care for patients with cardiac arrhythmias
  • Partner with cardiovascular service-line, population-health, cardiology, and electrophysiology stakeholders to align goals and success metrics
  • Identify challenges in cardiac monitoring programs and recommend optimization solutions
  • Create standardized, reproducible customer engagement experiences using career experience and iRhythm tools
  • Collaborate with CX Senior Manager peers, geographic sales leadership, EHR Integration Managers, Key Account Managers, Revenue Cycle Billing Managers, Clinical Operations, and Customer Service
  • Prioritize work aligned with iRhythm business goals
  • Track performance metrics demonstrating physician adoption across large health systems
  • Partner strategically with geographic sales teams to support business plans and penetration of large health systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; experience may count toward a degree requirement
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years of experience in a similar role and a Master’s degree
  • Experience in device or clinical sales with large health systems in a consultative capacity preferred, or healthcare experience in process improvement, cardiovascular leadership, or a clinical degree preferred
  • Ability to influence across teams and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to build trust with sales teams, cross-functional partners, and customers
  • Flexibility to meet iRhythm business goals
  • Ability to onboard and execute within the role within 3–6 months
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights for recommendations
  • Ability to adapt quickly and perform during ambiguity and complexity
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape
  • Cardiology experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
