Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a consultant and trusted advisor to senior leaders across functions
Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational design
Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making
Lead and execute change initiatives including organizational design and transformation efforts
Assess organizational health using workforce data and employee feedback
Translate enterprise talent strategies into actionable outcomes for assigned business groups
Lead and facilitate talent reviews and succession planning processes
Coach leaders on talent and development planning and leadership effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
8+ years of progressive HR experience
5+ years as an HR Business Partner
Experience leading change initiatives, org design, and strategic workforce planning
Experience supporting hourly California-based employees and/or knowledge of California employment law preferred
Demonstrated business acumen
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong business acumen and ability to navigate competing priorities
Experience working in high-growth, global, or matrixed organizations preferred
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
