About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a consultant and trusted advisor to senior leaders across functions
- Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational design
- Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making
- Lead and execute change initiatives including organizational design and transformation efforts
- Assess organizational health using workforce data and employee feedback
- Translate enterprise talent strategies into actionable outcomes for assigned business groups
- Lead and facilitate talent reviews and succession planning processes
- Coach leaders on talent and development planning and leadership effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- 5+ years as an HR Business Partner
- Experience leading change initiatives, org design, and strategic workforce planning
- Experience supporting hourly California-based employees and/or knowledge of California employment law preferred
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate competing priorities
- Experience working in high-growth, global, or matrixed organizations preferred
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
