About the role

  • Lead the Product Strategy for emerging platforms and solutions in Digital Health, Medical Devices & AI in Medicine
  • Coordinate all ideation and upstream product activities and partner closely with Product Management for hardware & digital products, 510(k) readiness, and launch readiness
  • Interface with departments throughout the company to synthesize clinical, technical, operational, commercial and market perspectives
  • Conduct voice of the customer research, inform Portfolio Roadmap, partner with Product Management on new features from development through launch
  • Coordinate product launch readiness activities across R&D, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Training, and Marketing
  • Coordinate activities for successful 510K submission and post 510K activities
  • Define, track and report Product health metrics; deliver communications/presentations on product status and future strategies
  • Manage Business and Product Strategy; guide pricing strategy, positioning and market segmentation/ targeting
  • Own the financial model, forecast and track product sales and contribution margins
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and competitive matrix; work closely with Sales leadership to vet target market opportunities

Requirements

  • Require a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree
  • Majority of professional experience in product management, program management, product marketing, or equivalent experience, preferably in healthcare (med device, software or service) wearable technology with product lifecycle development and commercial launch experience
  • 5+ years of Customer Engagement and Voice of Customer research
  • 4+ years of Problem Solving & Innovation, and driving Product Feature Prioritization
  • 4+ years of experience building and socializing product roadmaps with cross functional team input
  • Self-starter with a desire to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative with accountability for achieving results
  • Be able to bring/create best-practices to product management processes
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information and make data-driven decisions
  • Leads change by designing new solutions and aligns work partners to understand the ‘why’ and ‘how’ in developing new tools and services
  • Strong project management, ability to handle multiple projects at a time and effectively prioritize time
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, Design and Product Management tools (e.g. Aha, Miro, Atlassian software )
