Salary
💰 $200,000 - $260,000 per year
About the role
- Strategy Development: Lead the development of integrated value-based strategies that combine HEOR, AI innovation, and payer policy insights to support lifecycle management and commercialization success. Shape iRhythm’s roadmap for AI-enabled diagnostics and predictive modeling in alignment with market access, clinical, and operational goals. Translate healthcare policy trends and payer dynamics—especially for cardiovascular comorbid populations—into actionable growth strategies.
- Population Health Program Development & TAM Expansion: Design and oversee the launch of scalable Population Health Programs that use predictive models, risk stratification, and targeted monitoring pathways to identify and manage high-need populations (e.g., diabetes, CKD, COPD). Ensure these programs are integrated into health system workflows and value-based care arrangements, enabling earlier intervention, improved outcomes, and cost savings. Drive TAM growth by identifying new patient segments and clinical scenarios where Zio monitoring delivers clinical and economic value.
- Programmatic Play Creation and Field Enablement: Develop and institutionalize programmatic plays that can be operationalized by Market Access and Commercial teams across diverse customer types. Provide strategic blueprints, messaging frameworks, and outcome-based models that field teams can adapt to payer/provider needs. Collaborate with Sales Training and Commercial Operations to ensure materials are accessible, measurable, and scalable.
- Evidence Generation & Real-World Research: Lead development of real-world evidence (RWE) and economic data that reinforce the clinical and economic value of iRhythm’s technologies. Partner with Clinical Development and Medical Affairs to ensure endpoints support both regulatory requirements and health system decision-making. Guide creation of payer value dossiers, HTA submissions, and peer-reviewed publications that support access, reimbursement, and guideline inclusion.
- Innovation and AI Integration: Direct iRhythm’s AI strategy from a payer and provider utility lens, ensuring that innovations in prediction and workflow support are clinically relevant and economically compelling. Align predictive modeling outputs with operational programs and value-based payment models. Support the integration of AI tools into real-world deployments, enabling automated patient identification and targeted care escalation.
- External Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate high-value relationships with payers, health systems, policy influencers, HTA agencies, and patient advocacy groups. Represent iRhythm in external scientific, regulatory, and policy settings to shape digital health innovation narratives. Ensure external input informs internal strategy and product evolution.
- Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and lead a high-impact team across HEOR, population health strategy, payer engagement, and AI innovation. Drive strategic alignment across Clinical, Regulatory, Product, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to ensure program success and value realization. Foster a performance-driven, collaborative culture focused on innovation, scientific rigor, and real-world impact.
