- Actively participate in the planning, execution, and evaluation of organization wide transformation initiatives
- Act as an organizational change agent, promoting a culture of transformation, innovation, and resilience
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications effectively
- Track program performance metrics and make necessary adjustments
- Foster open communication and serve as a trusted advisor
- Identify and mitigate program risk
Requirements
- At least 12 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Prior experience in the healthcare provider and/or medical device sectors
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or Access)
- Proficiency using project and portfolio management tools (Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written skills
