About the role

  • Serve as the data focal point for the Marketing team, translating business needs into actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, dashboards, and reports to track key marketing KPIs (conversion rates, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deep dives to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize performance (user journey, attribution models).
  • Analyze marketing funnels, user behaviors, and experiments to recommend actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on objectives and share findings that inform decisions.
  • Stay up to date with marketing analytics best practices and emerging industry trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing analytics or a related field
  • Advanced SQL skills for querying large-scale, complex datasets efficiently and accurately
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts (regression, hypothesis testing, statistical significance, time series analysis)
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and push initiatives forward
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex analytics into clear business insights
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) for building actionable dashboards and reports
  • Strong analytical background in funnel analysis, campaign performance evaluation, and customer segmentation.
