About the role

  • Collaborate seamlessly with the design, channel, and project management teams on various creative projects, ensuring the deliver of exceptional, high-quality work.
  • Work closely with the Art Director to develop and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity, ensuring that all design materials align with brand guidelines.
  • Provide input on the design process for various projects, from concept to execution, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement.
  • Be actively involved in the design process, creating visual assets and graphics for various marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, social media, packaging, and more.
  • Continuously review design work to ensure it meets brand standards, is error-free, and effectively conveys the intended message.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design technologies, and competitive landscape to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into our designs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, fine arts, or equivalent experience
  • Expert knowledge in relevant software (Figma, Adobe’s Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Figma/or Sketch, After Effects /other video editing software)
  • Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, visual design, layout, typography, and UI/UX.
  • Up-to-date experience with web protocols, standards, and technologies. (Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Figma is a must.
  • Excellent organizational skills, demonstrating a track record of effective prioritization.
  • Takes pride in their work, displaying meticulous attention to detail in both creative production and project management.
  • Exhibits problem-solving abilities and a self-driven approach to mastering new technologies.
  • Works seamlessly as a team player, excelling in both collaborative and independent work environments.
  • Communicates effectively, maintains flexibility, and thrives in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines.
