- Meta strategy, execution, and performance at scale ($1M+/month)
- Creative testing strategy: concept development, briefs, performance reporting
- Day-to-day budget and pacing adjustments across Meta + supporting paid social platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, X, Reddit)
- Weekly performance reporting across channels, offers, creative, and cohorts
- Strategic testing roadmap across audience, creative, funnel, and offer types
Requirements
- Direct-to-consumer E-COMMERCE and PAID MEDIA/ADVERTISING experience
- Managed $1M+/month on Meta, profitably
- Experience with performance creative, audience structure, and attribution
- Ability to spot gaps, diagnose, and fix problems
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other paid social platforms
- Proficiency in MTA/MMM-driven performance analysis
