Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven expertise in backend engineering and server-side development using Node.js, asynchronous programming, and modern backend frameworks
Extensive experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable API solutions (RESTful, GraphQL, socket-based, or microservices integrations)
Solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks and principles
Strong focus on application and system architecture, applying clean code and SOLID principles
Leadership in automated testing strategies across the deployment pipeline, emphasizing performance, load, and security testing
Hands-on experience with cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Docker
Track record of establishing automated CI/CD build and deployment pipelines, e.g. BuildKite and Jenkins
Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers and uplifting engineering standards across the team
