Navigate units and coordinate with unit nurses to assist with pulling pumps as needed
Utilize clinical nursing expertise to answer questions and address concerns with the medical device
Collecting devices in a hospital setting while collaborating with the department nursing staff and field service technicians
Provide updates, reports, and valuable feedback to clients during and after in-service assignments
Utilizing previous hospital experience and customer service skills to ensure the device collections process does not interfere with the location’s activities
Training for this role will be provided and is paid.

Requirements
1-5 years’ experience as an Allied Health Professional (Surgical Technicians, Perioperative Nurses and/or Supply Chain Management) is highly preferred
Experience working with EPIC is required
Must have experience with Procedure Cards/Preference Cards is required
Must have a flexible and accommodating schedule based on client needs (required)
High-level of business acumen and professionalism required
Ability to travel regionally as needed required
Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare staff to include technicians, physicians, nurses, and any support personnel
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
