About the role

  • Navigate units and coordinate with unit nurses to assist with pulling pumps as needed
  • Utilize clinical nursing expertise to answer questions and address concerns with the medical device
  • Collecting devices in a hospital setting while collaborating with the department nursing staff and field service technicians
  • Provide updates, reports, and valuable feedback to clients during and after in-service assignments
  • Utilizing previous hospital experience and customer service skills to ensure the device collections process does not interfere with the location’s activities
  • Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
  • Opportunity to travel, grow, and expand into new opportunities while earning supplemental income and learning the medical device industry.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years’ experience as an Allied Health Professional (Surgical Technicians, Perioperative Nurses and/or Supply Chain Management) is highly preferred
  • Experience working with EPIC is required
  • Must have experience with Procedure Cards/Preference Cards is required
  • Must have a flexible and accommodating schedule based on client needs (required)
  • High-level of business acumen and professionalism required
  • Ability to travel regionally as needed required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare staff to include technicians, physicians, nurses, and any support personnel
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
