About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the vision, strategy, development, and growth of a new digital community and engagement platform serving healthcare professionals.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Define and prioritize Minimum Viable Product (MVP) requirements to support successful product launches.
- Translate customer needs, market insights, and business requirements into compelling user experiences.
- Establish, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators focused on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth.
- Partner with executive leadership to align product strategy with organizational goals and priorities.
- Conduct ongoing market, industry, competitive, and customer research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing strategies.
- Design and execute go-to-market plans and growth initiatives that drive adoption and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, project management, marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support sales, business development, client engagements, and industry events as a product subject matter expert.
- Leverage user insights and data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for future offerings and services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience
- Experience leading digital product strategy, roadmap development, and product launches.
- Demonstrated success managing products through the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, customer-centered design, and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience defining and measuring product success metrics and using data to drive decision-making.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Experience with mobile applications, digital platforms, online communities, social networking, or engagement-focused products.
- Knowledge of healthcare, digital health, life sciences, or healthcare technology markets.
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market and user growth strategies.
- Familiarity with user engagement, retention, customer lifecycle management, and analytics.
