About the role
- Collaborate with project teams to determine appropriate contract terms and conditions under guidance.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing customer contracts.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for small-scale customer projects.
- Provide administrative and operational support for small to mid-sized customers and projects.
- Support the preparation, review, finalization, and distribution of budgets and contracts.
- Maintain and update contract databases and documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Basic understanding of the Contract Research Organization (CRO) industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with costing models.
- Ability to interpret and assist in preparing budgets.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external customers.
