About the role
- Oversee a portfolio of regional and cross-border projects
- Act as the primary liaison for commercial, production, and technology stakeholders across Eastern Europe
- Monitor and report on budgets and project progress
- Manage staffing allocations and ensure resource optimization across programs
- Ensure applicable regulations are appropriately considered
- Provide guidance to junior project managers and analysts
Requirements
- Substantial experience in program/project management
- Proficiency managing projects in standard PM tools like Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)/ Smartsheets and similar
- Strong background in healthcare/ life sciences and/ or software development preferred
- Familiarity with Eastern European stakeholder dynamics is essential
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of data platforms, ETL pipelines, and cloud technologies (Azure preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in stakeholder management, budget oversight, and strategic planning
- Agile/Scrum and PM certifications are a plus
- English fluency required; additional Eastern European languages are an asset
- Willingness to travel within EMEA as needed
