About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform monitoring and site management work to ensure proper conduct of study protocols.
Conduct site monitoring visits in accordance with contracted scope of work and Good Clinical Practice.
Collaborate with sites to drive subject recruitment plans.
Administer protocol training and establish lines of communication with sites.
Evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices.
Track regulatory submissions and approvals, enrollment, and data query resolutions.
Ensure site documents compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements.
Create and maintain documentation regarding site management and monitoring visit findings.
Liaise with study team members for project support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline or health care preferred.
Requires at least 3 years of on-site monitoring experience.
Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Good knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements.
Good therapeutic and protocol knowledge as provided in company training.
Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Written and verbal communication skills in English.
Organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective time and financial management skills.
