• Shape and direct the ophthalmology landscape in the South West
• Maximise opportunities and investments using negotiation skills
• Producing and implementing bespoke initiatives that enables access to the use of client's products by NHS and private providers
• Maintain a high degree of knowledge of defined therapy areas and NHS policies
• Proactively review current positions and provide solutions to ensure the use of client’s products

Requirements

ABPI qualification
A high level of selling, commercial acumen and negotiating skills
The ability to develop positive relationships with all key customers including clinician, commissioners and business managers
A proven track record of speciality medicine/ high cost drug sales and pathways
Up to date knowledge of the product, disease area and customer environment, including the NHS budgetary and planning processes
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
