About the role
- Achieving sales forecasts and gaining adoption and utilization of the product portfolio
- Development and coaching of Inside Sales Representatives
- Handle performance reviews and personnel issues
- Monitor calls to develop and motivate Inside Sales Representatives
- Communicate with Client and Project Lead on regular basis
- Set clear measurables for the team
Requirements
- BA/BS degree required
- Minimum 3 to 5 years inside sales leadership experience in MedTech, Pharmaceutical or B2B required
- Inside sales/remote engagement experience required
- Experience developing and coaching high performing inside sales teams
- Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed defined sales goals
