About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and strengthen professional relationships across client organizations
- Develop deep client knowledge, including business priorities, organizational culture, and product portfolio
- Manage a systematic client‑feedback approach to continuously improve the client experience
- Lead operational management and oversight of IQVIA’s RWD activities across local and international markets
- Manage strategic and key account relationships
- Identify and respond to customer needs, defining opportunities for RWD
- Collaborate with IQVIA’s RFX, Pricing & Contracts teams to support the full sales cycle
- Create opportunities for peer‑to‑peer engagement by introducing relevant IQVIA experts aligned with client interests
- Leverage deep client knowledge to identify strategic discussions and major opportunities for IQVIA
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or similar roles
- Extensive knowledge of Real-World Data
- Strong understanding of Medical, Health Economics, Pricing & Market Access principles
- Proven track record managing mid‑ and senior‑level client relationships
- Strong organizational, planning, and project‑management skills
- Experience engaging with outsourcing, procurement, and mid‑management stakeholders
- Excellent business and industry awareness with strong understanding of market trends
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting customer business data
- Ability to manage demanding timelines and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
