About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive growth among publisher clients
- Combine deep product expertise with consultative sales strategies to identify opportunities
- Guide clients toward strategic digital solutions
- Close business within both new and existing accounts
- Collaborate with Account Directors, Customer Teams, and Product stakeholders
- Achieve revenue goals for assigned product categories through a consultative, solutions‑oriented sales approach
- Engage publishers and client stakeholders at all levels
- Create and present client proposals that result in winning sales
- Maintain deep product expertise and translate capabilities into actionable recommendations
- Monitor solution performance, customer satisfaction, and implementation success
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree Required
- At least 8 years of relevant sales or account management experience required
- Knowledge of key marketplace issues for the pharmaceutical industry and related businesses
- Familiar with one or more IQVIA offerings along with subject matter expertise relating to client business processes that are improved by the IQVIA solution
- Proven track record of success as a salesperson
- Excellent presentation and writing skills
- Ability to act with a sense of urgency
- Experience in both team environment and independently
- Experience identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Ability to develop positive relationships at all levels of client management and within internal teams
- Revenue driven, a problem solver and an effective negotiator
