About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Sellers focused on AIM XR, POCN, and Email engagement solutions for Small, Emerging Biopharma (EBP), and other customer segments.
  • Define and optimize the go-to-market strategy for Small, EBP, and Other Pharma segments, incorporating market insights and client feedback.
  • Partner closely with product, analytics, and delivery teams to shape solution enhancements and segment-specific offerings.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to pharma brand, marketing, and commercial teams, translating their objectives into actionable solution strategies.
  • Build collaborative, trust-based relationships with clients to co-create engagement approaches, refine best practices, and drive long-term value.
  • Navigate complex pharma organizational structures to identify, engage, and influence key decision-makers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive revenue growth across the Digital portfolio, with a focus on omnichannel execution, optimization, and measurement.
  • Collaborate deeply across matrixed internal teams to ensure integrated, seamless delivery.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving digital, HCP-engagement, and data landscapes.
  • Represent IQVIA Digital at client leadership meetings and industry events to elevate visibility and shape market perspectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization, digital marketing, or data-driven healthcare solutions.
  • Strong understanding of pharma customer segments—particularly Small, Emerging Biopharma (EBP), and non-Top 50 organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in shaping strategy, influencing solution design, or leading cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience selling or deploying digital engagement, audience targeting, or advanced analytics solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing commercial team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate customer and market needs into scalable solution approaches.
