About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the technical review (first review) of customer materials
Ensure all tasks are appropriately added to WIP from the customers review and approval system
Attend account WIP meetings to learn which tasks you will be responsible for completing
Provide account support on ancillary tasks as required
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge regarding therapeutic areas and client products
Attend monthly mentorship sessions held by medical leads
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Codes of practice (ABPI, IPHA, EFPIA, PhRMA)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Life science degree or equivalent
High levels of attention to detail
Excellent time management
Highly organised and enjoy working in fast-paced role
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Fundamental understanding of statistical analysis
Experience in problem-solving and providing solutions
Willingness to learn new skills
Fluency in English language
Pharmacist or Medical Qualification (desirable)
Signatory/AQP expertise (desirable)
Life science masters or PhD (MSc, MRes, MPharm, MBBS, or PhD) (ideal)
Knowledge of applicable Codes of practice (desirable)
Experience working in Veeva Vault PromoMats/MedComms, Aprimo or similar review and approval system (desirable)
