About the role

  • Connect client and market intelligence with product development and delivery for Value & Access offerings.
  • Own development of client-centric products, product market requirements, and product development roadmaps with growth and margin targets.
  • Implement HE/HTA/V&A business vision and objectives; identify customer requirements for solutions, quality, services, and pricing.
  • Quantify demand and growth for products and develop product-specific investment and business cases.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Subject Matter Experts to create/evolve offerings including AI-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain external stakeholder relationships and contribute to thought leadership.
  • Present educational and go-to-market materials internally and externally; develop case studies and training materials.
  • Work with global and regional GTM teams to consult with customers, profile and target accounts, and support account planning.
  • Develop annual product growth plans, forecasting product value and associated margin targets.
  • Drive sales of integrated solutions by providing product-specific SME support during proposals and bid-defense preparation.
  • Support RWS teams in the design, development, and delivery of complex projects to meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries with a focus on HTA, HEOR, and market access.
  • Experience with AI/ML is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, identify client pain points, and develop custom solutions targeted at Market Access stakeholders.
  • A track record of driving HQ/global deals and offerings development experience.
  • An established network of contacts in the pharmaceutical industry and payers.
  • A high degree of understanding of the processes underpinning payer evaluation and the factors and drivers impacting product development.
  • Deep commercial awareness of the healthcare, health technology, and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in market needs assessments and value proposition development.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, tailoring messages to target audiences and strong written communication skills.
  • Applies an analytical approach to solving problems and working with complicated, conflicting, or ambiguous information.
