About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and Mapping Documents
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement gathering sessions
- Support Informatica MDM to Reltio MDM migration initiatives
- Analyze source system data and support data harmonization and migration activities
- Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams for backlog grooming and sprint planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8 to 10 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Strong hands-on experience in Reltio MDM & Informatica MDM
- Good understanding of Master Data Management concepts, Data governance principles
- Familiarity with ETL tools and modern data platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Mandatory experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain
- Knowledge in SQL to run queries and perform data analysis
