About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials in line with contracts and regulatory standards (ICH-GCP, local laws)
Develop and implement integrated study management plans with core project teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Monitor project performance, manage risks, and drive resolution of issues
Ensure financial success through accurate forecasting, budget control, and scope management
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Represent IQVIA in bid defenses and client meetings, showcasing our capabilities and solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (required)
minimum 5+ years in clinical research, including 2 + year in project management in Australia
Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, and therapeutic areas
Leadership and team management
Strategic thinking and problem-solving
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Financial acumen and contract management
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
