Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive enterprise-level growth for IQVIA’s Technology-Enabled Sales Organization (TESO) by developing and closing complex, integrated commercial solutions.
  • Serve as a senior client partner to pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
  • Own the full business development lifecycle—from opportunity creation through deal close.
  • Build executive-level relationships, shape client strategy, and position differentiated, outcome-driven solutions.
  • Identify, shape, and close complex, multi-solution deals across IQVIA’s commercial portfolio.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process with strong pipeline discipline and deal quality focus.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and expand client partnerships.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field
  • 15+ years of business development, strategic sales, or commercial leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success closing large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals
  • Strong experience in pharmaceutical commercialization and CSO/contract sales models
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior and executive-level stakeholders
  • Ability to design integrated, cross-functional solutions in a matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset
  • Experience leveraging data and insights to shape sales strategy and client value propositions
