About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive enterprise-level growth for IQVIA’s Technology-Enabled Sales Organization (TESO) by developing and closing complex, integrated commercial solutions.
- Serve as a senior client partner to pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
- Own the full business development lifecycle—from opportunity creation through deal close.
- Build executive-level relationships, shape client strategy, and position differentiated, outcome-driven solutions.
- Identify, shape, and close complex, multi-solution deals across IQVIA’s commercial portfolio.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process with strong pipeline discipline and deal quality focus.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and expand client partnerships.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field
- 15+ years of business development, strategic sales, or commercial leadership experience
- Demonstrated success closing large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals
- Strong experience in pharmaceutical commercialization and CSO/contract sales models
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior and executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to design integrated, cross-functional solutions in a matrixed environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset
- Experience leveraging data and insights to shape sales strategy and client value propositions
