About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in providing systems support to develop and enhance business systems

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, concise, and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office tools
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
- Basic SQL knowledge (preferred)
- Prior experience in data analysis or business systems analysis (preferred)
- Experience in client support or help desk environments (preferred)
