About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the strategic day-to-day client relationship owner for platform clients.
Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients.
Collaborate with Programmatic Traders to design and execute campaigns.
Regularly analyze and interpret campaign performance data.
Work closely with traders, Product, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues.
Educate clients on evolving ad tech trends and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree required.
Six (6)+ years’ experience building client relationships and growing a book of business against a revenue target.
Proven experience building and optimizing omnichannel digital campaigns using platform insights and data.
Strong experience developing and delivering programmatic reporting.
Familiarity with ad serving platforms (Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, etc.) preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills to draw insights from large datasets.
Prior experience working with healthcare clients or within regulated industries is strongly preferred.
