About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the strategic day-to-day client relationship owner for platform clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients.
- Collaborate with Programmatic Traders to design and execute campaigns.
- Regularly analyze and interpret campaign performance data.
- Work closely with traders, Product, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Educate clients on evolving ad tech trends and best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Six (6)+ years’ experience building client relationships and growing a book of business against a revenue target.
- Proven experience building and optimizing omnichannel digital campaigns using platform insights and data.
- Strong experience developing and delivering programmatic reporting.
- Familiarity with ad serving platforms (Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to draw insights from large datasets.
- Prior experience working with healthcare clients or within regulated industries is strongly preferred.
