About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the strategic day-to-day client relationship owner for platform clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients.
  • Collaborate with Programmatic Traders to design and execute campaigns.
  • Regularly analyze and interpret campaign performance data.
  • Work closely with traders, Product, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Educate clients on evolving ad tech trends and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Six (6)+ years’ experience building client relationships and growing a book of business against a revenue target.
  • Proven experience building and optimizing omnichannel digital campaigns using platform insights and data.
  • Strong experience developing and delivering programmatic reporting.
  • Familiarity with ad serving platforms (Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, etc.) preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to draw insights from large datasets.
  • Prior experience working with healthcare clients or within regulated industries is strongly preferred.
