About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the continuous improvement of the HR function through the development and implementation of HR programs
- Facilitate alignment between HR strategy and organizational/functional strategy
- Drive HR projects, programs and policies to support the global business strategy
- Maintain HR information systems
- Conduct ad-hoc reviews as directed, with guidance, and propose recommendations for handling employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, practices and procedures
- Support line managers in the recruitment and selection process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within an HR function, as a generalist, or a combination of generalist and specialist roles
- Specialization in HR Analytics and strong Excel skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications (preferably Workday)
- Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese — written and verbal. Additional languages desirable (Spanish)
