About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the continuous improvement of the HR function through the development and implementation of HR programs
Facilitate alignment between HR strategy and organizational/functional strategy
Drive HR projects, programs and policies to support the global business strategy
Maintain HR information systems
Conduct ad-hoc reviews as directed, with guidance, and propose recommendations for handling employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, practices and procedures
Support line managers in the recruitment and selection process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within an HR function, as a generalist, or a combination of generalist and specialist roles
Specialization in HR Analytics and strong Excel skills
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications (preferably Workday)
Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese — written and verbal. Additional languages desirable (Spanish)
