About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the development, approval, and delivery of disease state, treatment, product and marketplace training.
Consult with Sales Leadership to identify appropriate training needs/gaps.
Develop strong and effective relationships across organizations to provide learning solutions.
Keep current on trends and developments in training and organizational learning.
Monitor course evaluations and compliance for continuous improvement.
Demonstrate effective platform skills when facilitating meetings or delivering training.
Field travel to coach individual Primary Care Sales Representatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years as a Sales Trainer.
2 years leading Sales Training operations for a national sales force required.
Ability to travel >70% of the time.
Minimum 5+ years Field Pharmaceutical Sales and/or Management experience preferred.
Strong understanding of technological resources; examples include Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Valid driver’s license required in State of residence.
