About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the development, approval, and delivery of disease state, treatment, product and marketplace training.
  • Consult with Sales Leadership to identify appropriate training needs/gaps.
  • Develop strong and effective relationships across organizations to provide learning solutions.
  • Keep current on trends and developments in training and organizational learning.
  • Monitor course evaluations and compliance for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate effective platform skills when facilitating meetings or delivering training.
  • Field travel to coach individual Primary Care Sales Representatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years as a Sales Trainer.
  • 2 years leading Sales Training operations for a national sales force required.
  • Ability to travel >70% of the time.
  • Minimum 5+ years Field Pharmaceutical Sales and/or Management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technological resources; examples include Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver’s license required in State of residence.
