About the role

  • Develop new business for a specific product specialty, providing product expertise and sales acumen to identify & qualify revenue opportunities
  • Proactively manage the selling process and close the sale in both existing and new accounts
  • Support the delivery process
  • Drive sales of digital advertising across our database and network of portals
  • Manage client relationships and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Execute direct marketing initiatives to support campaign performance
  • Contribute knowledge and support to ensure team development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and campaign delivery in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and client engagement
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the doctors' market is a strong advantage
  • Experience in conducting projects and collaborating with teams in project management tool as Click-up (or Asana, Monday or Jira) will be desired
  • Fluency in Excel
  • Fluent Polish and English both verbal and written
