About the role
- Develop new business for a specific product specialty, providing product expertise and sales acumen to identify & qualify revenue opportunities
- Proactively manage the selling process and close the sale in both existing and new accounts
- Support the delivery process
- Drive sales of digital advertising across our database and network of portals
- Manage client relationships and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Execute direct marketing initiatives to support campaign performance
- Contribute knowledge and support to ensure team development
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and campaign delivery in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is mandatory
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and client engagement
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the doctors' market is a strong advantage
- Experience in conducting projects and collaborating with teams in project management tool as Click-up (or Asana, Monday or Jira) will be desired
- Fluency in Excel
- Fluent Polish and English both verbal and written
