About the role
- Help drive the success of clients by utilizing various sources of data, from patient-level analysis to primary intelligence
- Support projects such as launch support strategy, Loss of Exclusivity, commercial excellence, acquisitions, supply management, patient journey, and other strategic projects
- Analyze client requirements and develop tailored proposals and solutions
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Design and deliver presentations that effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences
- Develop and present comprehensive client deliverables
- Continuously enhance knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through engagements and learning opportunities
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical companies, payers, hospitals, governments, and healthcare professionals to provide insights and support decision-making
- Work as part of Management Consulting team based in Almaty covering East Europe region
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years+ experience in consulting, healthcare knowledge will be an advantage
- Strong English, Russian and Kazakh language knowledge
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- In-depth understanding of business processes and their interactions
- Proficiency in consulting methods, tools, and techniques
- Awareness of industry trends and developments
- Excellent time management skills
