Conducts primary and secondary research and performs quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify key client issues and translate data into insights
Validates data deliverables (qualitatively and quantitatively) ensuring timeliness and quality
Leverages business experience in identifying strategic alternatives to client questions
Assists with review and analysis of client requirements and development of proposals and client solutions
Gathers requirements, develops custom reports, fulfills report requests, and responds to client questions under minimal supervision
Assists in data preparation, delivers components of projects and ensures quality of final deliverables
Works independently and as part of a team, supervising junior team members when required
Assists in design/structure and completion of presentations appropriate to audience
Attends, supports and presents at client meetings
Helps improve how clients build marketing capabilities by identifying opportunities to drive growth
Learns and becomes expert at IQVIA data sources (SMART, P360, MIDAS, AnalyticsLink) and works with sales/promotional data, market and epidemiology assessment, pipeline analysis and market research
Requirements
2-3 years professional work experience in Consulting role, specialising in analytics or tech related position
An undergraduate or Master’s degree with moderate relevant healthcare experience
Proven related experience (business analysis, customer service)
Fluency in English essential both written and verbal
Fluency in another European language (German or French preferred)
Strong experience with MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel); Excel VBA would be beneficial
Experience with business intelligence tools preferred (PowerBi, Qlik or similar)
Skills in SAS, Oracle SQL, R Programming would be beneficial
Prior healthcare data experience (physician, patient, epidemiology data) is desirable
Effective communication skills, presentation development skills, project management, and time management skills
Project management experience would be beneficial
Strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage priorities under rapid turnarounds
Ability to think creatively and strategically; strong business acumen and understanding of sales & marketing principals
Willingness to travel is mandatory
Willingness to relocate anywhere within the EMEA Region for client engagements (possible long periods)
