About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Expand IQVIA’s Information Management footprint across Emerging Biopharma.
- Qualify and pursue new accounts, identifying key decision makers and positioning IQVIA’s value.
- Drive incremental revenue through new logos and portfolio expansion within existing accounts.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Act as the primary technology thought partner for senior client stakeholders.
- Ensure satisfaction and delivery quality for assigned EBP accounts or segments.
- Leverage understanding of commercial operations, data management, analytics, CRM, and SaaS platforms.
- Apply consultative problem-solving skills to develop tailored solutions.
- Work closely with IQVIA Account Executives and Solution Sales teams to progress opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related pharmaceutical commercial operations roles.
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical marketplace and technology including data warehousing, MDM, BI & reporting, CRM and marketing automation.
- Unparalleled client relationship/sales skills and business acumen.
- Expertise in consultative selling, solution development, and relationship management.
- Strong hunting skills and ability to penetrate new markets.
- Exceptional negotiation, closing, and executive-level communication skills.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry trends and data-driven use cases.
- Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
