About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote products within the Rare Disease space
- Achieve sales targets and drive the adoption and utilization of therapies
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and physicians
- Engage with healthcare professional audiences through outbound calls and face-to-face interactions
- Deliver product messaging using visual aids and other resources
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- 1+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical or b2b inside sales or service
- Successful demonstration of selling capabilities in a field-based selling environment
- Profile and manage a target list of healthcare professionals to drive brand impact
- Ability to deliver a targeted selling message in a way that feels authentic and relational
- Account mapping, total office call capability
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to appropriately support Product access – PA navigation, Co-pay card for eligible commercial patients, coverage
- Experience with MMIT is a plus
