Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and develop managers and specialists across Identity, Consumer, and HCP Data Management Operations.
Oversee end to end operational workflows for ingestion, transformation, QA, and delivery of Identity, Consumer, and HCP data.
Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, and development teams to identify required enhancements and operational capabilities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and data handling requirements specific to Identity, Consumer, and HCP datasets.
Develop multi quarter operational improvement plans across all three data disciplines.
Serve as the senior point of contact for internal teams requesting Identity, Consumer, or HCP data support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in data management, data operations, data engineering, or related functions.
4+ years of people leadership, including managing multiple teams or domains.
Experience with identity data, consumer data, or healthcare data strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of data ingestion, mapping, QC, transformation, and operational SLAs.
Proven track record building scalable, automated, and compliant data processes.
Excellent communication, relationship building, and cross-functional leadership skills.
