About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the subject matter expert for HCP profile and identity data
- Own operational requirements to optimize the use of HCP data
- Manage the ingestion of external HCP data and its harmonization
- Educate colleagues and external partners on HCP data capabilities
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of the HCP Data product strategy
- Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
- Develop and support internal and external communications related to HCP data products
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the product team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of relevant industry experience
- Proven experience working with data products, data integrations, or data-centric platforms
- Strong strategic and industry awareness
- Solid understanding of HCP data and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
