About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure that client requests and concerns regarding IQVIA offerings are handled in a timely manner within agreed standard response times.
- Receive and review all client inquiries submitted by customer service analysts to verify clarity and completeness.
- Research the client's query using all available tools and perform cross-database analysis to ensure dataset accuracy.
- Work with multiple support teams to conduct research and analyses.
- Communicate with customer service analysts to provide updates and resolutions to the client.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree (Science, Business, GIS) or 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of IQVIA data is an asset
- Proficiency with MS-Excel, MS-Access
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational database concepts
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry in Canada
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multitask
