About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide financial leadership and business partnering support to the Brand Outsourcing portfolio.
- Ensure strong financial governance across Brand Outsourcing projects.
- Focus on forecasting accuracy, scenario planning, spend control, and proactive financial risk management.
- Act as the primary finance business partner to Brand Outsourcing leadership and project owners.
- Provide financial insight, challenge, and guidance to support commercial and operational decisions.
- Support project managers in managing costs, protecting margins, and delivering against financial targets.
- Maintain close oversight of actual spend versus budget and forecast across all Brand Outsourcing projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
- Typically 12–15+ years’ experience in Finance, including commercial finance and project financial management.
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex, resource-intensive delivery models, ideally within outsourcing or professional services environments.
- Strong expertise in forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management.
- Proven expertise in forecasting, scenario planning, and financial modelling.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability, margin protection, and financial delivery.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and financial management systems.
