About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project planning and control
- End-to-end project management: You are responsible for planning, controlling and successfully delivering projects
- Scope, schedule and budget management: You define project objectives and create robust project plans
- Resource planning: You proactively plan the deployment of personnel and technical resources
- Methodical project control: You apply traditional, agile and hybrid project management methods
- Risk and quality management: You identify project risks early and ensure project success
- Team leadership and execution: You lead cross-functional project teams
- Stakeholder management and communication: You work closely with relevant business units and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, natural sciences or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience leading complex projects, ideally in healthcare or the life sciences sector
- Solid knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2, PMI, etc.); certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is an advantage
- Confident use of common project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical and strategic skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Initiative, sense of responsibility and integrity
- Strong leadership and communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good German and English skills
