About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project Leads are an integral part of clinical trial delivery, liaising with clinical teams.
- Responsible for project delivery of clinical studies to meet contractual requirements.
- Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
- Ensure the execution of clinical studies per contract, optimizing speed, quality, and cost.
- Set objectives for the core project team and/or sub-teams, communicate effectively.
- Monitor progress against the contract and present project information to stakeholders.
- Manage risks and contingencies proactively, leading problem-solving and resolution efforts.
- Ensure project quality by identifying risks and issues, responding to team concerns, and implementing corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary or backup project contact with customers.
- Build and lead the cross-functional project team, ensuring overall project delivery.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience, including more than 1 year in project management.
- Advanced knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of related areas, including clinical trials and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage resources effectively.
- Attention to detail and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work across geographies and understand cultural differences.
- Good understanding of project financials.
- Willingness to travel for work.
