About the role

  • Project Leads are an integral part of clinical trial delivery, liaising with clinical teams.
  • Responsible for project delivery of clinical studies to meet contractual requirements.
  • Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
  • Ensure the execution of clinical studies per contract, optimizing speed, quality, and cost.
  • Set objectives for the core project team and/or sub-teams, communicate effectively.
  • Monitor progress against the contract and present project information to stakeholders.
  • Manage risks and contingencies proactively, leading problem-solving and resolution efforts.
  • Ensure project quality by identifying risks and issues, responding to team concerns, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Serve as the primary or backup project contact with customers.
  • Build and lead the cross-functional project team, ensuring overall project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience, including more than 1 year in project management.
  • Advanced knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of related areas, including clinical trials and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage resources effectively.
  • Attention to detail and results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work across geographies and understand cultural differences.
  • Good understanding of project financials.
  • Willingness to travel for work.
