Requirements

15+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles
4+ years leading technology due diligence and/or integration architecture in M&A environments
Proven experience across the full M&A lifecycle
Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks
Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Solid understanding of cybersecurity and risk assessment frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
