About the role

  • Provide support to clients of Compliance Services.
  • Develop contracts for HCPs using templates.
  • Communicate with HCPs regarding contracts, obtain signatures, answer questions.
  • Ensure good quality work deliveries complying with various policies.
  • Reformat incoming files using Access, Excel, etc.
  • Review client requirements to ensure clarity on requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Science is mandatory.
  • 5 years or more related work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong PC technical skills in using Excel and Access.
  • Background in Pharmaceutical compliance desirable, but not mandatory.
  • French proficiency level is required.
