About the role
- Support projects related to Commercial Analytics SFE, including Segmentation, Targeting, Sizing, and Alignment
- Experience in Patient Analytics is a strong plus
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing client requirements to support proposal development and client‑focused solutions
- Contribute to the creation of detailed project documentation, technical specifications, and analytical frameworks
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify client issues and support solution development
- Assist in designing and structuring presentations tailored to the target audience
- Develop and present clear, structured client deliverables within established methodologies
- Proactively develop foundational knowledge of consulting methodologies, analytics frameworks, and the life sciences marketplace
- Work under the guidance of Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals on assigned project responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams to achieve engagement objectives
Requirements
- 3–5 years of consulting experience in analytics, life sciences, or healthcare domain
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
- Proficiency in SQL (primary requirement)
- Good to have: Python OR SAS
- Experience with dashboarding/visualization tools is a plus
- Understanding of analytics concepts within SFE and healthcare/life sciences analytics
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Effective time‑management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and deliver high‑quality outputs
- Knowledge of consulting tools, methodologies, and industry trends
