About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the review of ATS pricing methodologies and strategies across the full portfolio
  • Design, build, maintain, and continuously enhance pricing calculators for key ATS products
  • Propose and implement improvements to simplify, standardize, and harmonize pricing approaches and tools
  • Provide pricing governance, ensuring consistency, transparency, and adherence to established frameworks
  • Develop a strong understanding of cost structures and margin drivers for ATS offerings
  • Apply financial and analytical rigor to assess pricing viability, discounts, and profitability
  • Partner with Sales to support strategic deal reviews , discounting processes, and approvals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to commercial and sales leadership on complex pricing topics
  • Lead the definition of business requirements for pricing automation initiatives
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Strategic Pricing
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Strong strategic mindset with a solid understanding of technology sales and commercial models
  • Excellent financial, analytical, and communication skills
  • Hands-on, self-starter comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
