About the role

  • Design and implementation of database applications and automated database processes in a relational DB environment (MS SQL Server)
  • Design and implement data models and complex database queries
  • Maintain and further develop Java/web-based applications
  • Refactor existing processes and applications to modern technologies and architectures
  • Develop automated tests and test environments
  • Support quality assurance through principles of test-driven development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT qualification
  • Knowledge of Java/web application development
  • Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server) and strong knowledge of SQL/Transact-SQL
  • Team player with a strong commitment to quality
  • Very good and fluent German language skills (B2 to C1)
