About the role
- Provides expertise and systems support in the development and enhancement of business systems
- Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and translates them into clear and accurate system requirement specifications
- Devise or modify procedures to solve complex business and system problems
- Evaluate the business implications of applying technology to current and future business environments
- Provide guidance and mentoring to less‑experienced Business Systems Analysts
- Perform work at a high technical level across most phases of systems analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum five (5) years of systems analysis experience
- Knowledge of business‑wide applications, including third‑party software and internal operational systems
- Demonstrated ability to understand client and business requirements, as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processes
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
